KUALA LUMPUR: Youth and Sports Ministry will be channeling the fund to Malaysian motorcycle racer Hafizh Syahrin Abdullah.
Based on news reported by TV3’s Buletin Utama on April 14, it was told that the motorcycle racer was still waiting for a fund from Youth and Sports Ministry.
“The Youth and Sports Ministry (KBS) have taken note of the matter and will channel the fund to him in the nearest time.” stated in a press release today evening.
The fund will be given through Sepang International Circuit (SIC), a body entrusted to monitor the motorsport development in Malaysia.
The Youth and Sports Ministry via National Youth and Sports department have conveyed the message to Hafizh Syahrin on the approval of the fund which will assist his motorsport racing cost for early March 2020.
This sort of assistance is pertinent to further develop the motorsports in our country, emphasized in the statement.
